Tutoring and Learning Center (TALC)
The San Pedro Youth Coalition operates a FREE Tutoring and
Learning Center for local students in grades 1 - 8. The services are delivered
at the San Pedro Branch Library on Monday through Thursday afternoons from
3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. during the traditional school year. Registration
is conducted in early September and continues during the school year. During
each of the first five years of operation, the TALC serviced over 250 students
and provided over 5000 hours of FREE tutoring services to local students!
